Return & Refund Policy

At Deccan Mart, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
✔ Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resell able condition.
✔ Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Process
✔ To initiate a return, please email us at deccanmart.store@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
✔ Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
✔ Once approved, you must ship the item back to us at your own expense.
3. Return Fee & Refund Policy
✔ A return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
✔ Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
✔ Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
❌ Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).
❌ Items without original packaging or accessories.
❌ Clearance or final sale products.
5. Cancellations
✔ Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
